Returns Policy
1. Return Window
Change of Mind: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your item for any reason. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Faulty Items: Under 2026 consumer rights, you have a 30-day "short-term right to reject" for a full refund if an item is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:
Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original "as-new" condition.
Original Packaging: All branded boxes, dust bags, and accessories must be included.
Tags Intact: Security tags and original garment labels must remain attached.
Hygiene Seals: Undergarments, face masks, or items with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned.
3. Digital Product Passports (DPP)
In compliance with 2026 regulations, all garments feature a scannable Digital Product Passport.
Do not remove or damage the QR code/NFC tag associated with the DPP, as it is required to verify the item’s authenticity and lifecycle data for a successful return.
4. Exceptions to Refunds
The following are not eligible for return unless faulty:
Custom/Personalized Gear: Items made to your specific measurements or customized for you.
Final Sale: Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
Limited Drops: While you retain your legal right to return, please note that exchanges for high-demand, limited-edition "drops" are subject to stock availability.
5. Refund Process
Standard Delivery: We will refund the full purchase price.
Timeframe: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service with proof of postage.
