Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full payment or a partial at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill before the products become available on website. You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. - How to Cancel: Use the "Withdraw from Contract" button in your Order History or visit our contact us page, fill out the form with your order number & our support team will get in contact with you.
- Window: Most orders enter processing within 24 hours. Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "In Fulfillment," it can no longer be canceled, but it may be returned after delivery.

- Hygiene-Sensitive Goods: Items with broken hygiene seals, such as certain undergarments or face masks.
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked "Final Sale" items at the time of purchase (unless faulty).
4. Refunds & Processing
- Full Refunds: For valid cancellations, we will refund the full purchase.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
