Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
We aim to get your order out as fast as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 6 PM on Fridays will be processed starting the following Monday.

High Demand: During "drop" events or holiday periods, processing may take up to 2 additional days. You will receive a confirmation email once your gear is in the hands of our carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Standard Shipping: £3.99 Royal Mail — Estimated arrival in 2 to 3 business days.

Express Shipping: £4.99 Royal Mail — Estimated arrival in 1 to 2 business days.

3. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Please note that for orders outside of United Kingdom:

Duties & Taxes: In 2026, international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. For EU customers, these may include mandatory small-parcel handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected at the time of delivery.

Customs Clearance: Delays can occur due to customs processing; these are outside our control.

4. Sustainability & Packaging
In compliance with 2026 environmental standards, we use right-sized, 100% recyclable packaging to minimize waste and carbon emissions. Your order may arrive in a poly-mailer or box designed to contain no more than 50% empty space.

5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package’s journey in real-time through our Tracking Portal or directly via the carrier's website.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Damage: If your gear arrives damaged, please visit contact us page within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 30 days (standard legal limit), you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement shipment.
